The peacemaking program is titled the Kaisen Center @ The Paula Stephenson Group. Kaisen is Japanese for continuous improvement. Primarily, the Kaisen Center is housed at a Microsoft Teams website. The Kaisen Center provides virtual office hours; live online meetings and classes; webshops, which are online workshops; webinars, which are online seminars; and online group collaboration.
Also, the Kaisen Center @ The Paula Stephenson Group houses research projects, consultation and conferences, related to conflict and alternative dispute resolution.
Research Projects are scientific plans to answer conflict and alternative dispute resolution questions. Consultation is professional advice, information, and opinions about conflict and alternative dispute resolution. Seminars bring together large groups once a year, focusing each time on general subjects related to conflict and alternative dispute resolution. Conferences are more specific academic exchange of information among researchers and clients. Workshops are smaller group settings geared towards personal and professional growth.
