Commercial alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a process that allows aggrieved parties to solve their differences arising as part of a defined deal or transaction. Commercial (ADR) help resolve trade problems. It helps solve problems between businesses and government; business to business; businesses and employees; and businesses and consumers. It creates a regulated system that is fair for both parties so that trade can be conducted in a reasonable manner.
The commercial alternative dispute resolution program address issues concerning government regulations; partnerships disputes; commercial property disputes; labor and employment disputes; contracts disputes and the uniform commercial code violations; and infringement, liability, malpractice disputes; and commercial property disputes.
